Our employees not only enjoy working in a drug free work place, but one that adheres to the strictest safety requirements of OSHA with weekly project safety meetings and the logging of any incidents should they occur.

Quality Control and Client Satisfaction

ICC’s project managers are skilled at putting their crews individual talents to
work on all projects. Our crews are in constant communication with our clients and office, as safety, technical, and progress issues arise on projects. Our personnel can resolve those issues in an expeditious manner without interruption to our clients.

Management is accountable for job related information gathered during the duration of the project. The reports generated from the recording of this information are used to establish quality control and job accountability within each project.

Our firm provides project information for our clients with detailed information about the materials and methods involved to assist them in understanding the intricacies of the work to be performed.

We are committed to keeping our clients informed on a projects progress with construction progress schedules that are updated as work scopes are completed. This results in clear communication throughout the project.

These details include CAD drawings on areas of repair with detailed accountability at the project level that support all pay applications and are accurate to the cubic inch or square foot.

All of this information, in addition to all warranties, is presented to our clients in both conventional and electronic format at the project closeout.
