| Q) Are you a licensed and insured General Contractor? | A) Yes, we are Certified & Licensed We are a State certified General Contractor and carry the required workers compensation and General Liability. |
| Q) Do you self perform projects? | A) Yes, we self perform many services 100% of our Concrete Restoration, Paint, and waterproofing services, and most of our construction/renovation services are self-preformed. When we perform these types of projects we only subcontract the Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Aluminum trades. Our Construction Services Group does subcontract all most all work scopes. |
